In June 2000 the ownership and management of the company was taken over by Alan Morrow and Sharon Lowe. Alan was a director and Sharon was a senior operational manager of the largest contract cleaning company in the province. Between them they have over 48 years experience of the industry in the province.

As a result of this policy, QCS has qrown and maintained an extremely stable client base.
